INSTALL DECK BOOT

1. Remove and retain discharge chute and discharge

chute mount strap (figure 5). Retain all hardware.

2. Remove and retain one nut from baffle bracket on

top side of deck. Right nut for 50-in decks or left

nut for 42-in decks. See Figure 6.

3. Install the boot mount strap weldment (item 7) on

the deck with two .31-18 locking center nut

(item 22). See Figure 7.

4. Install the bagger boot on the deck with three

.312-18 nyloc wing nuts (item 21) and one flat-steel

washer .406 x .812 x .065 (item 23). See Figure 7

and Figure 8.
