INSTALL FRAME AND COVER ASSEMBLY

(FIGURE 9)

1. Position mounting plate weldment (item 13) on rear

of unit frame and on both sides install 3/8-16 x 1.00

hex bolt (item 15), .438 x 1.00 x .083 flat steel

washer (item 16) and 3/8-16 nyloc flange nut

(item 14). Do not fully tighten.

2. Install bagger frame to rear of unit with four 3/8-16 x

1.00 round head square head bolts (item 17), four

3/8-16 nyloc flange nuts (item 14) and two 3/8-16"

wing nuts (item 12). Do not fully tighten.

3. Attach pin on bagger strap (item 19) to bracket on

frame with .438 x 1.00 x .083 flat steel washer

(item 16) and .091 x 1.875 bow tie locking cotter pin

(item 18). Repeat for opposite side.

4. Install three .515 x 1.625 x .250 flat steel washers

(item 20) and bagger strap to pin on bagger frame

and fasten with .091 x 1.875 bow tie locking cotter

pin (item 18).

5. Tighten all hardware.
