Mit »Bach unterwegs« passiert Ihnen das nicht! Machen Sie sich mit

dem Bachfest auf den Weg und erkunden Sie das Leipziger Umland.

Besuchen Sie mit uns historisch bedeutende Orte, an denen wir exklu-

siv für Sie kurzweilige Führungen, Orgelanspiele und Kammermusiken

organisieren. Wie gewohnt stehen Ihnen Experten auf der Busfahrt

Rede und Antwort.

Auch in diesem Jahr haben wir wieder neue Orte für Sie zur Auswahl:

das thüringische Ponitz mit seiner Silbermann-Orgel sowie die früh-

romantische Orgel in Leipzig-Möckern. Anlässlich des Schumann-

Gedenkjahres steht außerdem Zwickau erstmals auf dem Programm.

Einmalige Eindrücke versprechen ebenso die Fahrten in das Garten-

reich Dessau-Wörlitz sowie nach Naumburg, Altenburg und Köthen.

In letzterer Bach-Stadt wird der Spiegelsaal des Schlosses nach der

Restaurierung in frischem Glanze erstrahlen. Wir freuen uns auf Sie!

You’re out and about in unexplored, absolutely fascinating places,

but the doors of the village church are closed, the organ is silent, and

there’s no one in sight far and wide to let you in?

That won’t happen with »Bach Out and About«! Get out and about and

explore the environs of Leipzig in the company of the Bachfest. Join us

on a tour of historically important places, where we organise entertain-

ing guided tours, short organ recitals and chamber music concerts just

for you. As usual, specialists will be accompanying you on the coach to

answer all your questions.

Once again this year, we have opted for some new places to discover,

including Ponitz in Thuringia with its Silbermann organ, and the early

Romantic organ in Leipzig-Möckern. Moreover, in this Schumann anni-

versary year, Zwickau will be featuring on the programme for the ﬁ rst

time. The trips to the Dessau-Wörlitz Garden Kingdom and to Naum-

burg, Altenburg and Köthen also promise to be a unique experience. In

the latter city of Bach, the palace’s hall of mirrors is in full splendour

once again following restoration. We look forward to seeing you!
