Dealer Preparation Checklist

NOTE: Refer to Owner’s Manual for detailed instructions.

□ 1. Install handlebars and secure with appropriate hardware.

□ 2. Install discharge chute and crank, check for proper operation.

□ 3. Check speed selector for proper travel.

□ 4. Check attachment and traction clutch for proper operation.

□ 5. Check tire pressure.

□ 6. Check runners on auger/impeller housing.

□ 7. Check auger gear case for proper lubrication ievei.

□ 8. Check unit for proper iubrication (grease and oii pivot points).

□ 9. Fiii engine crankcase with recommended oii. '

□ 10. Add recommended fuei.

□ 11. Check key switch for proper operation.

□ 12. Compiete warranty registration form and mail to Ariens Company.

□ 13. Using Owner’s Manuai, instruct customer on controls and operation of unit. Emphasize

safety and discuss the safety precautions.

Expiain recommended iubrication and maintenance of unit.

Advise customer on adjustment(s).

Give customer his Owner’s Manuai and engine manufacturer’s instructions, inform him of his

5 Year Limited Warranty. Advise him to thoroughiy read and understand them.
